Shabu shabu satisfies just about any palate and promises an enjoyable culinary event. Even if it’s an import, Koreans love this meal and the culinary experience found inside a Shabu shabu restaurant is hardly replaceable.

It’s wonderful in so many ways and that Bijindo sunset will be one of the first images that come up in conversations long after I’m gone.
Also, there were no Koreans other than our guide and bus driver on that day. Today, we’ll be the only foreigners in attendance at the Goseong DMZ.
